I’m disappointed in myself.

Girl with the tight jeans (seriously, they are super tight)
Howdy ya’ll! I kind of have fallen off of the face of the earth. Sorry about that. I’ve been stressed lately (you could probably care less) but the stress has affected the way I have been eating. Pizza, Taco Bell, and In n out. Heaven, right?
So I am back at 204. Boo hoo :’(
But it’s ok. I have until August 13th (the day I start my new job) to lose 15 pounds! I am pretty confident right now! F yes. And if I succeed, I get to buy some new clothes for my new job! Woop woop.
Well to be honest, I need to buy new clothes anyway, but it would be super rewarding to slip into a size 10. Hope I can meet my goal!

Weighed myself first thing this morning…
I weigh 200.2. I am .3 pounds from being out of the 200s.
I had 1 cup of coffee…with 1 tbsp of cream and 1 tsp of splenda (it was gross, but hit the spot). And for breakfast I had 3 hard boiled eggs and half a piece of toast. I’ll be in the 190s by Friday morning!!!
I mean like 20 pounds or more?
I need to lose 40 to 50 pounds, ideally I’d love to lose 60. But I think to be healthy, I would need to lose a minimum of 40 pounds.
In my opinion, the best way to do something, is to do it by using people’s experiences…
I’ve never lost that much weight. In fact, I’ve only ever put on weight.
My question is…what has worked or hasn’t worked for you? How did you keep it off? How much did you lose? Do you have any tips or tricks?
People have done all protein or all carbs, or gone vegan or vegetarian, some people workout and some don’t, some people cut out all sugar or some eat whatever junk they want, but they control their portions. But what’s worked for you?!

Starting tomorrow…I am working out every evening, eating perfectly, cutting out sugar (damn it), and drinking a detox tea.
I keep saying the same stuff over and over. But I have to stick to it. And I have to keep telling myself that I can.
Btw, does anyone have anyway of drinking coffee without cream or sugar? I NEED coffee in the a.m. but I put a bunch of cream. I can’t drink it plain…but i don’t think I can completely cut coffee out of my life. But the way I drink it now is rediculously loaded with sugar. So what should I do?
